Yes — $175 for a scribe, $140 for an admin assistant, for a full week of real work. If you continue to the monthly plan, that amount is credited against your first invoice. We moved away from a "free trial" because it attracted people who weren't seriously hiring, which wasted time on both sides.
You get one free swap to a different candidate within the first 30 days, no extra trial fee. After that, changes are billed at the standard trial rate.
Yes, in most cases by adding a second person rather than overloading one. Two part-time scribes covering different shifts is common for practices seeing patients more than 8 hours a day.
The candidate's equipment and internet are on them; software licenses you require them to use (your EHR seat, your CRM seat) are on you, same as any employee. Specialty charting and after-hours coverage are quoted separately, as noted under pricing.
